China Whisper Logo

China whisper is a game typically played by kids wherein one player says something in the ear of the second player until it reaches the last person. What happens is that the message gets communicated wrongly among each successive player, often resulting in humorous results emerging from the last player. It goes on to show much broader and influential phenomena such as office politics, issues in complex channels of communication, individual intentions and most of all that we often fail to fully communicate a message due to a variety of reasons, some voluntary and others not so voluntary.

Other names for china whisper include telephone (in Western countries), Russian Scandal as well as Silent Post.

The China whisper logo here is a good attempt at show casing this. There certainly are other alternative logos for the same game. This logo shows a group of two smiling and being together. The colors also reflect a happy theme as does the smile on the two faces. The organization name, or in this case, the event name seems to be written in a clumsy font reflecting the informal nature of the logo. There also seems to be something inherently British about this logo.

The slogan is located beneath the company name and is in the same color as the company name. Another interesting element of the logo is that it uses three colors in total that seem to be in sequence. Also this selection of three colors makes an excellent combination for this logo.
