Game Developer Logo

Game developers rely on logo design as much as any other company within or outside the technology sector. Take two and EA are the two most prominent names in gaming these days and their logos are very well recognized, especially among the gaming community.

Computer games are an important and profitable industry. Whether developed on Xbox, Play Station, Nintendo or any other platform, games are an ultimate industry with lots of competition. Thus, game developers have to come with better marketing campaigns and the logo design is an integral part of that. Most game company logos ca be best described as futuristic and having to do with sci-fi. This is not surprising since game developers have a specific market of hard core gamers. Most gaming logos are in dark colors reflecting the sci-fi theme. This is again not surprising. We should keep in mind though that not all game developers choose to have dark and sci-fi logos. This is especially true for those companies developing racing games like NFS.
