Directories are defined as a collection of preferable websites. Every person browses on the internet according to his likes. For instance a software engineer would focus on programming websites and a banker would search for finance related websites. Similarly some directories are focused on children and their preferences.

Web Companies that design directories for children use colorful tiles and bright images. However the color scheme changes with the age group of children. For older children, dark colored backgrounds are sued with light colored text.
