The smallest package from Logo Works starts at $299 and includes the most basic logo design services. The highlights of the package are 4 Initial Logo Concepts, and 2 Revision Rounds. Two designers work on each logo project in the Silver Package. This ensures that there is sufficient diversity in the initial logo concept and also the final design.

In the silver package, customers receive 4 to 6 unique logo concepts to choose from. If the customer is satisfied with one of the concepts, he can ask the designers to modify that concept until full satisfaction is achieved. Revision rounds can involve changes to color, font as well as layout of the design. It is also deemed important to mention that for an extra $100, a customer can upgrade to the Gold package which includes up to 8 logo concepts and unlimited revisions.

The silver package is the package of choice for those customers who already have a clear cut idea of what they are looking for in their logo. In contrast to Logo Works, Logo Design Guru’s corresponding package costs just $99, the standard Logo Repair package in the industry.

This package is uncompetitive when compared with other top logo companies like Logo Design Guru or Logo Bee. On top of this, Logo Works relies on freelance designers to do all the work while Logo Design Guru actually hires in-house designers in order to ensure the quality of design.

The turn around time for the Silver Package is 3 business days for the initial logo concepts. This is comparable to the turn around time of Logo Design Guru but faster than Logo Bee’s turn around time.

Logo Works does not offer a satisfaction guarantee to its customers. This is really appalling as most top logo companies in the US do offer some kind of assurance. Logo Works does not allow a full refund either. If the customer has asked for a revision to one of the logo concepts, Logo Works will not process any refund and will charge full fee of the selected package.

The only case when a customer can get a refund is when he or she has seen the initial logo concepts and is not satisfied with them. In this case, Logo Works will refund the amount charged to the customer less $99. This $99 administrative fee is deducted in all refunds.

Once the customer has finalized the logo design or once the number of revision rounds has been fully utilized, the final files are delivered to the customer electronically by Logo Works. The formats in which the logo design is sent to the customer are .EPS, .JPG, .GIF, .TIF and .BMP.

Logo Works offers its cheapest package a $299, which is at least $100 higher than the corresponding package from Logo Design guru, Inc. and $50 higher than the starter package from Logo Bee. Four initial logo concepts allow sufficient variety for the customer to choose between and make his decision. These 4 concepts are made in line with the industry in which a business operates and also the comments posted by the business owner at the time of the order. These are taken as instructions for the designers to follow.

The number of revisions rounds restriction to a maximum of two seriously hampers quality work and definitely render the package more or less useless. If a customer is only allowed to make at max 2 changes to color, font and layout in total, he is not likely to achieve what he had been looking for.
